HUMAN RESOURCE-INTERN

KSM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS, the largest HR firm in Zambia recently acquired GOZAMBIAJOBS.CO.ZM becoming the largest recruitment platform in the country now is actively looking to recruit a HUMAN RESOURCE-INTERN to assist manage our growing recruitment portfolio in order to serve our clients more effectively and efficiently.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

The purpose of the role is to supports the recruiting team by ensuring that all the clerical duties required are performed timeously and correctly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Posting job ads
  • Handling incoming applications and collating received documentation
  • Organizing interview appointments
  • Minuting interviews, meetings, and discussions
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with candidates
  • Organizing or conducting reference checks
  • Preparing regular reports on ongoing recruitment activities
  • Attending recruitment fairs, symposia, and other events
  • Assisting with outbound or proactive searches
  • Assisting with general office admin
  • Handling social media platforms and website management
  • Any other duties assigned.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Student ZIHRM Membership
  • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively both in spoken and written
  • High-Driven and Self-Starter personality, with high levels of energy a requirement
